In Kosovo's Specialised Chambers (DHSK) in The Hague today, the judgment of Thaci and others continues.
Today, evidence Shefqet Kabashi and Sadik Halitjaha are expected to continue in the case against Thaci and others.
Unlike yesterday in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, the trial of former KLA leaders has continued. Through video connection, witness Shefqet Kabashi has begun witnessing.
He addressed the Special Prosecutor's Office, saying he could not co-operate with prosecutors, with the reason they hurt many people.
This witness at yesterday's session has testified through video connection, while seeking to testify in English because earlier statements have been misunderstood because of the dialect.
Witness Kabashi has also witnessed in the case of Fatmir Limaj, while several times he was asked by the prosecutor if his statements were correct.
Kabashi has claimed to have told the truth until he said he had no willingness to co-operate with the specialised offices because he has damaged many witnesses.
