The head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo parliamentary group, Abelard Tahiri, says the draft of the Association statute, proposed by Euro-American diplomats and accepted by the prime minister, Albin Kurti, is disturbing for the country.
According to him, through association a third level of power will be established in the country, where the Serb community in Kosovo will have a large level of self-advancing.
Tahiri says that from the draft they have seen and that it is closer to the original draft, there are serious concerns, as it is about a territorial extent of the Serb community in Kosovo, of the Serbs who form the Association, but the whole other content.
Tahiri criticising Kurti for his approach to dialogue, says he is the first prime minister to bring a draft status to establish association.
In addition, Tahiri stresses that Kurti's nontransparency for Association is unacceptable.
On the other hand, the PDK's chief of deputies, says leaving the agenda of the de-jure recognition dialogue, has jeopardised further compromises, despite the possibility of being founded Association.
Euro-American diplomats in Pristina on 21 October have proposed a draft status establishment for association, which has so far not been publicised by government officials. However, a draft has published former AKI Chief Inspector Burim Ramadani, who has said it is the original that has been proposed by the Euro-Americans.
