Svechla meets with Turkey's Defence Minister, talks about the security situation and the challenges both countries are facing

Interior Affairs Minister Xhelal Svechla during his stay in the Republic of Turkey has met with Republic of Turkey Defence Minister Yaşar Güller.

During this meeting, as reported in the communiqué, Minister Svecla has thanked the Republic of Turkey's Defence Minister for the continued support they have given for Kosovo, as well as for numerous possibilities for co-operation among institutions.

During this meeting, the security situation and the challenges both countries are facing were discussed.

At this meeting, Minister Svechla has highlighted the willingness of the Republic of Kosovo to ensure order and security, as well as the importance of supporting our partners in this regard.

During his visit to Turkey, Minister Svechla has also held meetings with counterpart Ali Yerlicaya.
