Technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina began around 09:40 in Brussels with a bilateral meeting between Belgrade's chief negotiator, Petar Petkovic and EU Special Representative for Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
The meeting is expected to last about an hour and a half, after which Pristina chief negotiator Besnik Bislim will talk to Lajcak. After that, a trilateral meeting is scheduled.
As warned, Belgrade brought to Brussels the largest team of 18 experts for the areas of negotiations, primarily the Community/Asociation of Serb majority municipalities, disappearances and energy.
Miroslav Lajcak has been visiting Belgrade and Pristina in recent days, where he has tried to approach the positions of both sides, primarily when it comes to harmonising EU proposals for the calming of the situation and draft Community/Sociation Status with a Serb majority.
