The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, in August of this year, has filed charges against Muharrem due to the criminal act “Reservation of services” because in the “Buke and Honey”, the same one had used the electricity calculators without KED authorization, reports “Betim for Justice “.

The Foundation's decision states that the defender of the accused Muharrem, lawyer Mahmut Halimi within the legal deadline, has filed a request to drop the indictment, claiming that the electrical accounts placed in his business were transliterated and untouched by no one.
Over these reasons, lawyer Halimi has demanded that an indictment be dropped after failing to prove his duty to commit criminal work “The use of services”
After analyzing the lawyer's request Halimi and responding to the Constitutional Prosecutor's complaint in Pristina, the Foundation has come to the conclusion that they must be issued into judicial examination, and after the trial management, the guilt or innocence of accused Muharremi will be proven.
