Parliament today debates EC report on Kosovo

The Kosovo Assembly today holds parliamentary debate over the European Commission's report on Kosovo for 2023, the remaining point from the previous session, and will address a host of other unfinished points.

The other points are: Bill No. 08/L-211 for Summers, voting in principle of Bill No.08/L-246 for management of buildings and residential neighbourhoods in co-ownership, principle vote of Bill No.08/L-2042 for building energy performance, principle voting of the State Council for the Administration of Kosovo's Agency for Aggression and Election of the Commission for Ledation, Mandation, IL-207 for Laws of School Texts, Election Elections for the Name of 3 (three) (three) State Council of the State Council for Aggression and Election of the Commission's Submission of Law, State and Anti-Deblication Act. Agron Beka from the position of member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

And the order of the day is: The review of the National Programme of Science 2023/2028, the formation of the Ad-Hoc Commission for the election of candidates for a (1) member of the Independent Media Commission, from the ranks of non-communal communities, the parliamentary group proposal for the appointment and replacement of members of the Parliamentary Investment Commission concerning cases of sexual violence and domestic violence in the Republic of Kosovo, the appointment of the Commission to give the Jurisprovence exam, the election of three members of the Kosovo Radio Television Board by the Albanian community and the election of a Kosovo Judiciary Council.

The Assembly today held a new session for international agreements, review of several other bills, and reports of independent institutions.

The order of the day is: The vote of Bill No.08/L-234 for ratification of the Public Finance Programme and Economic Growth Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Fund, voting Bill No.08/L-236 for the ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Kosovo and Denmark's Kingdom for the exploitation of the correctional institution in Gjilan with the purpose of executing Danish sentences, voting of the Kosovo Bill No.08/L-53 for the Association of the Republic of Kosovo in the Convention for the Executive Importment of the Second International Bill for the ratification of the International Agreement between Kosovo and the European Union, on the other sides of the Kosovo's Parliament, the Bill, the draft of the Law, by the New York alone. 08/L-259 for the Ratification of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transference, and the International Development Association for the “Project Project, the Project for Strengthening Digital Government for Offering Services”, the second review of the No.08/L-238 Bill for the Kosovo Republic's Sovereign Fund, the second review of the Bill No.08/25 for Art and Culture, the first review of the Bill No.08-26 for protection from the February 20th State Bank of Kosovo's Central Bank, the 20th Central Bank.
