Kosovo's Academy for Public Security (AKSP) has marked the International Community Information Day “on Wednesday, Online Economy reports. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who said that the Public Security Academy brings knowledge to everyone's work on the safety of citizens.

According to him, professionalising this academy is important for border protection. He has later numbered police affairs, saying that over 12,000 police operations have been organised, more than 100 criminal groups have been destroyed, and over 3,000 and 800 people have been arrested.

We are engaged to build a safe society and state, to build and strengthen our capacities to protect our country and our people. Over a thousand anti-crime and smuggling operations were conducted by the beginning of our government, 100 criminal groups, 16 drug labs were destroyed, and more than 3 thousand and 800 persons <x1 were arrested.

By being serious and reliable partners for our allies, we are contributing to lasting peace and long-term stability in our region. By operating our talents, skills and professionalism, by all citizens by contrast, for our security institutions we will achieve the best in the service of security and peace protection. For this reason, I am happy to be with the young communities who have expressed interest in the possibilities the Academy for Public Security from Ferizaj, Fushe Kosova, Gracanica, Lipjani, Gjakova, Mitrovica, Obiliki, Pristina's Entrance”.

The first of the government, before the youth of communities, said it wishes to use this opportunity to learn about the opportunities offered for the application process to make the Academy for Public Security, part of their plans and dreams.

Interior Affairs Minister Xhelal Svecla said the doors to security institutions remain always open to all members of communities living in Kosovo. This in order, as he said of the joint journey to strengthen the state.

Minister for Kthim and Community Nenad Rashiqi said that young people of all communities have the place in the country's institutions, especially in those of security.

Kastriot Jashari, deputy director general of the AKSP, said the Academy has now cultivated the spirit for community co-operation.
