The director of the Kosovo Bureau of Security, BKS, Sami Mazrek, said that with five million euros Kosovo police can be provided.
Mazrek for “Info Plus” in RTK said the insurance industry is willing to discuss with Kosovo institutions that the Kosovo police have health insurance on this issue.
Mazreku suggested this is the 4th year the insurance industry makes profit.
The security of cars in the Progress Report has been named positive, and for that, Mazrek said the challenge for the Bureau remains the liberalisation of the Policy Insurance.
If we refer to the demands for market liberalisation is a process that started long ago and that is still under way, but all of this depends on the objectives of the Kosovo Central Bank. The issue of undocumented vehicles is a sensitive issue, and following the implementation of stickers during car registrations, and with that old cars have been cleared from Database”, Mazreku said.
He said after cleaning these cars the compensation requirements are smaller, where the triggers are unregistered cars.
The “on this issue mentioned in the Progress Report is a huge credit to the Civil Record Agency at the helm with its director, who has taken concrete action. All of this has come because of an inter-institute co-operation or agreement between the Ministry of Infrastructure, the CEC and the Insurance Bureau from now on, this process is moving along the entire”, Mazreku said in RTK.
About Carton's problem, he said that what we have been asked from Brussels about this issue has already been made.
The Bureau's Council has confirmed that we have done most of the jobs that need to be done but that this also relates to political issues and specifically to Kosovo's membership at UN”, Mazreku said.
