Initiative Chairman Fatmir Limaj calls Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti the fraud that is hiding behind the Constitutional Court after agreeing to establish the Association of Serb-run municipalities.
Limaj said in Frontal to T7 that Kurti “has violated Constitution” by reaching a “harmful agreement for the country”.
What are these guys saying that they got 51%? They're wanting to leave this job to 9 people at the Constitutional Court. To hide, to say hello, we've made a mess, disaster deal for our country, you must now accommodate the country in the Constitution. The Constitutional Court neither creates nor shuts down 48x1> institutions, Limaj said.
“In 2015 The Constitutional Court didn't say there should be an Association... Political agreements create those jobs”, the former deputy prime minister said, among other things.
Limaj said that “would create political autonomy within the constitutional system of the Republic of Kosovo”.
Kosovo has accepted formation of association with added competencies... Sjka here 2013, 2015, has the Kurti-Vucciq deal from which draft status will be submitted and then the Association”, he said.
Limaj said the “now even for those fanatics of Mr. Kurti is clear that the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo has accepted an agreement, accepted association, and is now expected to implement”.
