He declared as follows, follows Periscope:
There is no action for official Belgrade concerning 24 September, I hope that our request will be taken into account and the requirement for lifting sanctions on Kosovo.
Our communication has been open and direct.
Our concerns continue to be present because we're not informed in the details of what an expression says is, I'm saying, international, hell is hidden in detail.
We need to see the details of the text to make sure that the foundation of the Association doesn't change for the worse the unitary character of our state.
Kosovo's red lines since 2013 have been clear not to violate the Constitution, create a new level of power and not have executive competence.
They are known, confirmed attitudes and continue to be the red lines that prohibit the Constitution and the laws of our country.
I am well-equipped in the sense of the process, I have understanding in the sense of embargo that parties place a text not to be misinterpreted, but I believe it would have to be for the general public but not for the legitimate representatives of the people of Kosovo.
If it's going to be a draft, take it or leave it, it's already that the two sides have delivered their comments and maybe the mediators integrate it, I'm hoping that as representatives of the people we will see./Periscope
