The match was originally scheduled to take place on October 15th, but was postponed after the war broke out.
Kosovo made 10 points in the Group I ranking, a point behind Israel in third place.
The two best teams, currently Romania and Switzerland, will automatically qualify at next year's European Championship in Germany.
