The authors of KICS Kosova, Ardiana Thaci Mehmeti and Erjona Gjikoli, have accepted life threats against them and their family, following a research done in connection with singer Erroll Murati, who according to reports is involved in frauds with Slovenian passports, files, and the sale of cars he rented.
In an email to the Kosovo Journalists' Association, journalists show they have taken life threats against them and their families from a newly opened profile on the social Facebook network.
The words used are extremely disturbing since apart from insults and degrading language, there have also been threats of type: a little bit of a ki, the whole cremum of euthed has to tell you what you have...”, says among other things in the sent email, where it becomes known that the case has been reported to the Kosovo Police.
Also, it becomes known that after the end of the show this research was shown, the person who was present in it reacted to it, through a status on the social Facebook network.
Such threats to journalists are extremely disturbing for the Kosovo Journalists' Association, so we call on the Kosovo Police to address the case with priority, and take the necessary steps so that the person behind this false profile can be held accountable.
