This draft-Status is too wide and deep. Serious in the competencies that he attributes to the Association, but above all very serious in the possibility that it gives Serbia the ability to operate within Kosovo. And this especially in education and health, social care, financing and donations, and so on. The original document is in English. It's exactly the Draft-Statute given to Prime Minister Kurti”, he says in the published video, writes Telegrafi.
He says the Association bodies will manage educational and health institutions that are financed by Serbia.
