An Association Bill allegedly handed over to Kurt's five

Former AKI inspector and former AAK official Burim Ramadani has made public the Draft, who, according to him, has prepared the European Union. Ramadani says that, based on what she has read in Draft, Kosovo must get something big in return in order to implement that draft, since it is very broad and very deep.

He has published a document claiming to be the complete draft the European Union has prepared for Association.

This document reportedly will act as a forum for co-operation and intercommunal co-ordination.

“In line with the law in force, the Association will act as a forum for intercommunal co-operation and co-ordination through which its members will review the issues of their common interests, promote, distribute and protect issues of common interest and support public delivery of services within member municipalities. 2. The association will be engaged in promoting and protecting the rights and interests of the Kosovo Serb community in line with Chapter II of the Constitution. This commitment will not replace, exclude, replace or reduce the rights and interests of other legal subjects representing the Kosovo Serb community to pursue the same goals. 3. The association will co-ordinate, facilitate and conduct research and development activities. 4. To facilitate the exercise of these powers, the bodies of association have the right to approve the following: a) the rules. b) Decisions. c) Declarations, d) Work order. e) Instructions”, says this document published by Ramadani.
