40 days from attack in northern Kosovo, probe on many questions

There have been exactly 40 days since the terrorist attack in Banjska, which former Serbian List Vice President Milan Radojic has claimed responsibility, while opinion still does not know what happened exactly on 24 September in northern Kosovo. Four people were killed, three Serbs and a Kosovo police officer, Radojic admitted he had organised a group of young people and the results of the ongoing investigations, which are few, did not answer all the questions raised after the armed conflict in Banjskw.
Investigations into the conflict in Banjska are being conducted by Kosovo and Belgrade investigative bodies.
Former Serbian List Deputy Chairman Milan Radociq admitted he had organised and armed a group of Serbs, and a week after the conflict was stopped and was later released soon after a session. Investigations to him are being conducted by the High Public Prosecutor in Belgrade, where we learned that investigations are ongoing, and that details will not be disclosed, not to jeopardise the course of investigations.
On the other hand, investigations into the conflict in Banjska are conducting Pristina, whose institutions are not recognised by Belgrade, but the European Parliament has called on Serbian authorities to co-operate fully and bring in the responsibility of the attack, which lies in central Serbia, to justice and to hand over Kosovo institutions.
Despite 40 days of conflict in Banjska, many things are still unclear. It is not known how it is possible for Radociq, without the knowledge of Serbian security, to organise a group of people and provide uniforms and weapons.
Lawyer Ivan Ninik says about Nova.rs that he does not expect to have a serious investigation into Banjska and that this is clear to all from the beginning.
This government cannot investigate itself and criminals from its ranks, but will certainly make some agreement and thus hinder judicial procedures. This is evidence borne out by the fact that Radoic has generously given his wealth to the Veselinovic brothers so that their business with Vuchy will not be touched by the Banjska case. The prosecution is an instrument and servant of the interests of the ruling cast, and Milan Radociq is the heart of Vucievgu's system and the main architect along with Zvonko Veselinovici”, says Niniq.
The arrest and release of it was only a free show for the international community. Vuciq is buying out extra time and is pressing the issue due to the upcoming elections and plans to finalise Kosovo's independence, which will follow the formation of the new government. And then nobody will care what really happened in Banjskw”.
What is known is that Radojcic has provided illegal weapons that were used during the Banjska conflict.
“Milan Radojic is accused of buying weapons, ammunition and explosive instruments of great destructive power from Tuzla, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which were most often handed over to him on the territory of the city of Belgrade. at the Bubanj Potok Street '%Vençi, who later transported and deposited them to unassigned places on Kosovo territory, where he has hidden them in abandoned objects and forests”, the High Prosecutor in Belgrade announced on 1 October.
The same day, Bosnia and Herzegovina's announcement has been received that they will check claims that weapons that have ended on Kosovo territory have been purchased in Tuzla. Denials followed quickly, and that is all. Answers are expected even when it comes to Belgrade. The president repeats that everything is being investigated.
A large quantity of weapons and explosives, judged by the prosecution's statement, for months has been carried without obstacles across three territories and can be found that smuggling routes leading from central Serbia to Kosovo have worked without obstruction for years. With the support or inaction of the authorities, it has yet been determined.
Who's Milan Radochiq?
Radoic, the informal ruler of northern Kosovo, has been in the public's attention on several occasions. At one time, due to the suspicion that he was linked to the murder of Kosovo politician Oliver Ivanovic, an arrest warrant had been issued for him, but he withdrew in March 2021 without an official explanation.
He was also in search of involvement in the “Brezovica” case, while allegedly committed the criminal prosecution of witnesses during the criminal procedure. In the case of “Brezovica”, in memory, people are accused of misusing their official position in connection with providing construction permits in an area where no construction is allowed. The former chairman of the Shrpca municipality, Bratislav Nikolic, was detained for the same case.
He is a close associate of controvers businessman Zvonko Veselinovic. Veselinovic and Radojcik and some of their companies were initially found under US sanctions, with the explanation that they belong to corrupt networks linked to international organised crime. Great Britain also recently imposed sanctions against them.
