Von Croamon: If Serbia does not co-operate in investigating Banjska attack, sanctions imposed

Violet Von Cremon, reporting for Kosovo in the European Parliament, has spoken of the resolution to the European Parliament, whose motion will be voted tomorrow at tomorrow's session of Serbia's sanction, as well as the extradition of Radojici. “We have had a long constructive mood, where five groups have come up with resolution and [...]
“We have had a long constructive mood, where five groups have come up with resolutions and negotiated together regarding the common text for the resolution, where we have come up with a strong text and echoed to Serbia”, until it explained that the motion for the resolution will be voted tomorrow, around 13:30.
“S first we have a clear and powerful sentence for what happened in northern Kosovo, on September 24,”, she stressed, until for Radojciqi's extradition request, she explained that different levels exist:
“First, we have a request a clear sentence for what happened in northern Kosovo. We have been clear in our request for further investigations and have sought full support from Serbia in what happened on 24 September in northern Kosovo;
Second, we have a clear indicator that the chief of this paramilitary group in northern Kosovo has ties with individuals and with Serbia's president himself, and if the government and other Serbian state institutions stand behind it still is not clear. That's exactly why the independent but independent but community investigations have been called for, but that, called for by European representatives, preliminary results findings by the end of the year;
Thirdly, we have not discussed sanctions against Serbia. We've put sanctions on members, individuals, as is the case with Radojcih, and we have to do the same;
Fourth, if there is no full co-operation regarding these investigations, as far as prosecution is concerned, and so on, there should be measures against Serbia as well. And these measures should look like measures weighing heavily on Kosovo, meaning political measures, financial measures, etc.”, Von Cromon said in RTK.
She said it is only a pre-preparation and that there is no concrete indicator that these measures will be introduced immediately, however, she said these measures will be decided when it is noted that there is no political will to support investigations on Serbia's part.
