Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas Donika Grovalla has reacted to France following President Emmanuel Macron's threats of visa restoration.
She tweeted the idiom “Et vola”, which from French means “Here's”, until she put the French flag nearby.

Macro has threatened Kosovo from Tirana that the visa-free movement in the Schengen “area will be banned if the word given” is not held.
At a media conference Tuesday with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Macroni has said he expects responsibility from Kosovo and Serbia.
“I say very clearly, we have made a gesture of trust on the visa issue. As far as France is concerned, this (visa regime v.j.) has been suspended because of the word that has not been held today. I am expecting a serious commitment by both authorities to move forward in the coming weeks. It is even the key condition for peace in the region”, he said, transmits “LeFigaro”.
