LVV MP Agon Batusha says this issue can be carried out tomorrow in Brussels at the meetings of Prime Minister Kurti with European leaders.
“As representatives of the Republic and state institutions, we continue to argue that measures against Kosovo must be lifted and sanctions on Serbia imposed. Unless concrete measures are taken against the aggression and destabilising state, so Serbia, even dialogue loses meaning because equality is not secured, above all, EU values and principles are questioned by EU representatives themselves”, Batusha said.
MP from the largest opposition party, PDK, Ferat Shala, says Kosovo is currently in no position to condition the dialogue.
”Dam is extremely large over 300m euros are blocked as a result of these measures, while the government could use the attack on Banjsk much better but that misuse for internal marketing and, in this case, dialogue cannot be exploited but must be argued with strategic actions, written documents always confromm constitution”, Shala said.
International relations acquaintance Gurakuc Kuci estimates that the Kosovo government has not properly exploited the situation created after the attack in the north, so that Kosovo can remove EU measures.
“The EU measures will be removed on the basis of advancing dialogue with Serbia recently we have had a request for association, so these measures will continue for even some time until the advance of dialogue or implementation of agreements while the government did not know how to materialise it and did not know to exploit”, Kuci said.
European Emisari for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak clearly said on his recent visit to Kosovo, along with other diplomats, that the attack on the north cannot change the flow of dialogue. /Rtv21
