Serbia about Kurt's statement to Novi Sad's Klan: We want dialogue, they want chaos

Serbia's Defence Ministry has denied Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's claims regarding the involvement of Serbia's deputy prime minister, Serbian Defence Minister Milos Vucevic, in organising the terrorist attack of Serbian paramilitaries in Banja of Zvecani Serb-run municipality in the northern part of Kosovo.

“The allegations, insults and slanders Kurti poses every day as part of a dirty media campaign against the state of Serbia and its leadership, fully demonstrate the intentions of destroying any possibility of calming tensions”, the Serbian Ministry's announcement reportedly broadcast “Danas”, the daily Serbian newspaper in Belgrade.

The number one of the Government of Kosovo, while commenting on the role of Serbian Progressive Party Chairman (SNS) in the deadly attack on September 24th, has said it is about Novi Sad's “Klan”, referring to the fact that Vucevic has been three times mayor of Novi Sad.

“We are convinced that today's statements, as well as a series of defamatory statements by representatives of Pristina's provisional institutions, are evidence that their interest is to cause chaos and violence, while our interest is to maintain peace, continue dialogue and achieve a political solution to the Kosovo crisis”.

Prime Minister Kurti, through a post at “Facebook”, has stressed that Vucevic has also received assistance from member of the organised crime network in the northern part of Kosovo, Zvonko Veselinovic, who is located in the “black player” of the United States (SHBA).
