Paparac has managed to provide an e-mail showing that a letter alone has carried out the entire tender assessment and comparison procedure, and there has been a recommendation for the contract being issued by this MPB official.

Two members of the commission for re-evaluation, out of a total of three, have recommended cancelling the tender. But they are ignored by the U.d. Chief Procurement
“Based on the actual state of the subject and based on Article 39.11, which says that the final decision on contracting remains the responsibility of the responsible procurement official, I inform you that I have made a decision on contracting by announcing the winner of this event's Group of Economic Operators. Other operators participating in this tender have already filed their complaints to the Tender Court (OSHP), from which domestic affairs ministry violations are expected to be identified.
Paparac is awaiting security and some other information on the subject and will inform the public opinion about these irregularities
