SPAK has arrested the groom of the women at Rinas airport Sali Berisha, Jammer Malltez. He is accused of privatising the former Partizan sports club, where multistory palaces are being built today.
The SPAK has been investigating this case for two years.
This criminal proceedings have been recorded based on the speculation presented by Interior Minister Taulant Balla on procedures followed for privatising state property “Klub Sports Partizani” Tirana.
In the confession deposited by Taulant Balla, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarber Malltezi, and former defence minister Arben Imami are also charged.
Privatisation of the former Partizan General started in 2008 and ended in four years later, in 2012. /euronews
