The three members were by degrees Dr. Shkence, but the same failed to get MPs' votes, as 59 MPs participated in the vote, where 58 were for and one vote was abstained.
On the other hand, the chairman of the assembly, Glauk Konjufca, said two international agreements should be postponed, as two parliamentary groups did vote on international agreements.
“Even the third agreement is impossible, is that between MAST and the embassy in France for master's students' scholarships”, Konjufca said.
The vote did not receive either the School Text Proget Law, where only 57 MPs voted, who did not participate in the bill even part of the parliamentary majority.
Even the 8th point cannot be voted on because it is an international agreement, nor the international agreement between Kosovo and Denmark”.
“Then points 10 and 11 are once again international agreements, is reviewing the Kosovo Education Bill at the Interim Import Convention. They are the conditions for voting, Konjufca said, announces Clankosova.tv.
Neither did the international agreement between Kosovo and the EU get votes in the assembly for Kosovo's participation in the Single Market programme.
Konjufca said that “knows it's bad for Kosovo, but there are not 80 votes in the assembly, and that's the position of groups”.
