Osmani has indicated that he has requested from Prime Minister Rich as far as the Kosovo file is concerned about applying for membership in the Council of Europe.
That's after Litenstein takes over the presidency of the Council of Europe.
“in light of assuming the European Council Presidency in the future, I also stressed the importance of advancing Kosovo membership”, Osmani wrote.
