She writes on Facebook:
Good morning, Kosovo.
Good morning, Albania.
First, I wish all runners from all over Albanian trains and all participating countries for successful completion Tirana Marathon Yesterday in Tirana!
Congratulations also on the organizers of the fine race and the large number of participants!
But, since all participants from other countries were recognised state affiliation and the state flag was marked in the competition results, unfortunately this was not the case with Kosovo runners.
All participants from the Republic of Kosovo in Marathon in Tirana were representatives with the XK (and not KOS), according to the official Kosovo February), and close to that brief was not our flag. It means, the final outcome of the race bears neither the name nor the Kosovo flag, despite the fact that year after year, the number of Kosovo citizens is on the rise in Tirana's run.
We have faced the same case earlier in northern Macedonia, but the mistake was corrected two years ago, following Kosovo's reaction of runners.
That day would not recognise the official shortcut and mark Kosovo's flag in Albania, I wouldn't think so. Aware that the cross-technical error, there is no other background, the organisers pray to freeze this issue with the Greek company that managed race numbers, and never to repeat that mistake.
The race and state representation have the special satisphaciation for each contestor, Albania should not be at all on the list of states that violates the state representation of contestants from Kosovo.
The race should be the beginning and end for worthy and equal representation!
