Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi has congratulated the founders, members and supporters of this party on the 24th anniversary of the establishment of the PDK.

Krasniqi through a videotape said these 24 years of PDK mean, 24 years of work and dedication for Kosovo, as well as 24 years of pride.

“24 years ago, on October 10th 1999, when Kosovo was living the first days of freedom, many men and women who over the decades contributed to this historic achievement became together, as once in patriotic organisations, as once in the Kosovo Liberation Army and established the Democratic Party of Kosovo, a party that over the shoulder carries the heroic past, which without stopping to work for today, and who confidently looks to the future. That was the ideal of that generation that, after reaching liberation, worked hard for the new Kosovo, with confidence in the clear vision of Hashim Thaci and Kadri Veselin”, has been expressed as head of PDK.

Krasniqi recalled that with the ruling PDK Kosovo declared an independent state, roads, highways, new schools and hospitals were established, while taxes and taxes were cut.
