History is political or legal?
It's political, but it needs to be clarified. We who have lived Albania, we know that at 95% of the cases of those who were followed in Albania, have been linked to all powers. Albania has not been able to build a rule of law, but has built the state of one taking power. Berisha has been charged with other things. We know how privatisations are done here. Not only the groom but also many others. Not only in Berisha's time but also in modern times. Laws are made to make a person rich.
On a first level, a part of us say “well done to them that's how they got enriched by”. This is an emotional judgment. If we're going to make a political judgment, I think we should ask the question: should we rejoice now that justice is functioning even against the great fish, or should we worry that we have a law taken and that it is being used against political opponents?
