In a tweet, Lajcak said he met with a part of the progressive S&D Group and EPP Group, which has announced the dialogue about the integration of the Western Balkans into the European Union.
“Day in Strasbourg by informing The Progresss and EPCG groups with the latest in Dialogue. Grateful for the possibility of an attractive discussion and interest in our work in the Western Balkans. It is important to work together to make the region's EU integration” reality, Lajcak wrote.
Last week, Lajcak has met with the American emissar for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, as well as diplomatic chiefs from Germany, France and Italy, Emmanuel Bonne, Jens Plötner and Francesco Talo.
This emergency meeting has discussed the further steps of implementing the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
