Kurti has said that the European Parliament on Thursday also called for increased security in Kosovo and has asked Serbia to stop supporting terrorist groups.
“Under other measures, it calls for increased security for Kosovo and urges Serbia to avoid any further escalation, prevent any support for terrorist formations, and withdraw all of its operational military bases along the” border, Kurti wrote.
“It also calls on five EU states that do not recognise Kosovo, to recognise Kosovo, encourages the Commission to suspend funds for Serbia if it does not co-operate and encourage Serbian “authorities to refrain from the language of hatred against Kosovars and... false information about ethnic cleansing”, he wrote.
