Kurti: If there are penalties and sanctions against Serbia, there is definitely no dialogue

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that if Serbia is not condemned or imposed sanctions for Banjska's terrorist attack on 24 September, “will definitely not have dialogue”.

“If there are no penalties and sanctions against Serbia after what it has done, there will definitely not be dialogue”, Kurti said in an interview for “Financial Times”.
