Kurti expresses condolences to Ahtisaari: He was a champion of peace.

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has expressed condolences for the death of former Kosovo chief negotiator for status, Martti Ahtisaari.

He, through a post at X, has expressed condolences to Finland's family and people after he was former president.

“Grieving over the death of Martti Ahtisaari, a prominent diplomat and champion of peace who has contributed greatly to security and peace in our region and whose work has included the strong rights of minorities in our constitution. My condolences to his family and the people of Finland” wrote Kurti.
