The prime minister's Media Office has confirmed that the five European citizens have nominated to Prime Minister Albin Kurti their new plan for moving forward. Kurti, according to ZKM, has thanked and given his assessments of the new Western proposal, and for such discussions must continue intensively.
At this meeting, Kurti has said it is necessary to have a quality reflection and have a new approach, referring to the talk of normalising the reports, respectively, implementing the Constitutional Agreement and the Impulation Annex.
“At the meeting was talked about normalising relations between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia, the implementation of the Basic Agreement (Brussels, February 27th) and its Implementation Anex (Our, March 18th) respectively. The prime minister stressed that quality reflection and a new approach is necessary. The five emissaries offered their new plan for moving forward, for which the prime minister expressed his thanks and assessments. Discussions should continue intensively”, said the Office of Prime Minister announcement.
Republika Srpska Prime Minister Albin Kurti, along with First Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, hosted the Special Representative of the European Union for Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue Miroslav Lajčac, Assistant Secretary of the United States for European and Eurasian Affairs, and simultaneously special envoy of the United States for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's deputy adviser, and President Emmanel, Jensöntöntöl and Encomman, deputy adviser to Kosovo's Minister for Foreign Policy and Security, Italy's Gajkolia Canton.
Kurti has also stressed that the top priority and urgent issues for the Republic of Kosovo are the security of the state and citizens, of borders and territory. Following the September 24th terrorist and criminal attack committed by paramilitary groups with sponsorship and Serbia's participation, punishment is crucial for failure.
