Jasharaj: Still students have been equipped with school texts: Kurti's approach to teachers is deliberate

After more than a month and a half of the education ministry's decision to buy textbooks and then compensate, many students have remained without textbooks. So said the chairman of the United Trade Union of Education, Science and Technology, Nundman Jasharaj.

The SBASAK leader has said the AugustI's decision on textbooks is wrong, while he doubts this is being done with a tendency by the Kurti Government.

Speaking of this decision, Jasharaj has stated that the biggest supply problem is from sixth to ninth grade.

The biggest problem was created separately with the 6-9 class because the texts used last year have been badly damaged, and some have not been returned at all by preliminary students”, Jasharaj told EO.

The problem with provision according to the Cincidalist is taking place in families with social assistance. In this case, Jasharaj mentioned one more case when libraries have conditioned citizens that “if you want the new work notebook you should buy the basic” book.

“Work pictures have been highly damaged and unusable, and this has made teachers feel uncomfortable with students who unfortunately come from heavily economically charged families and their parents have not been able to buy new notebooks. According to our information, I hope it's not accurate, when bookstores have presented conditions that if you want a new job notebook, you should also buy the basic book. So I wish Minister Nagavci had learned from this school year and not to use this decision, but to decide as if the past few times even knowing that the texts are badly damaged, I wish next year we would have texted from 1 to 9 for free, and not in libraries, but to be paid on time for the obligations that August-I<181>, Jasharaj said.

Speaking of the conditions for teachers, Jasharaj doubts that this is being done deliberately by the executive. It's based on the controversy they've been facing lately.

And the government has also had a big voice in campaigns that education is a priority, the people may have expected more from the Kurti Government, which has had big words of change but I can tell you that this Government has failed in education.
