Hoti through a Facebook post, has said that 8.63 billion euros have been spent on these three budgets, but according to him, it has not been made clear where these means have been spent.
Also, Hoti has said no new infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, tunnel, nests, schools, or new hospitals, have been built over the last three years of government.
He has also stressed that wages have not been raised, nor have police officers received the additions of the risk of being promised in February of the current year.
No sign of where all these tools were spent. There is no new highway, new bridge, new tunnel, nest, schools or new hospitals. Salaries aren't up. Even the cops haven't received the risk extensions from February of this year”, he wrote on Facebook.
