Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has said that Kosovo is in a situation where allies have been forced to bring their troops back under KFOR.
Haradinaj has indicated that he has started negotiating with Kosovo citizens starting in the Cline municipality.
I started this conversation with citizens today in the Cline municipality. We discussed political developments, the economic situation, and especially the security situation following the events in the country's north. At the meeting with citizens, I stressed that government experiments on allies and on obligations taken as a state turn Kosovo back”, Haradinaj has said.
He has said that events in the north have violated security.
“The events in the north have turned Kosovo into an international security problem. Today, we are in a situation where allied states such as Germany and the United Kingdom have been forced to bring their troops back under KFOR, which is not easy for them”, Haradinaj added.
Haradinaj has added that causing crises undermines the potential for overall development.
The time is not to allow the progress we've achieved in these 20 years. The cause of crises destabilizing order and security in the region undermines the possibility of complete development and the realisation of our aspirations for EU and NATO integration” has ended Haradinaj.
