In this session, the Kosovo Police's emergency financial support proposal will be reviewed.
This requirement for the extraordinary session has become the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK).
During yesterday's day, Democratic Party of Kosovo chairman Memli Krasniqi has indicated that they have called extraordinary sessions to adopt the resolution supporting and strengthening the Kosovo Police.
Krasniqi has said that considering the recent developments in the country, especially after 24 September, The PDK considers strengthening and supporting the police should be a state priority, so they cannot accept this negligent approach of power and stand by.
The document also contains the signatures of 33 deputies: The PDK, LDK and AAK Parliamentary Group.
According to the draft resolution, the Government is said to be obliged within the 15-day deadline of adopting the resolution to make the separation of the necessary financial means for paying additional risk to the Kosovo Police and retroactively from law entry day 08/ L-196 for Salaries in the Public Sector (for every month).
In turn, there are unfinished points from the plenary hearing, held on October 5, 2023.
