The chairman of the Union of Workers of “Treps”, Ibrahim Januzi, has confirmed for Online Economy that the Management decision on his suspension from work has taken an entry into the facility and has not been officially announced.
To challenge the decision, he said he would use all legal means. As he explained that the miners ' condition is severe, even their lives are in danger, for which he also urged the Government to make a solution as quickly as possible.
We've seen this decision at the entrance of the mine, specifically in the physical guard. We were not officially sent this decision, because it must be officially submitted according to legal regulations, but this step has not been taken by itself.

The Trepca management has decided to suspend union chairman Ibrahim Jonuzin, union deputy head, two members and a miner.
“Workers Ibrahim Jonuzi, Fevzi Ademi, Desat Kerlesi, Eset Meha, employees of Trepca S. A. They temporarily leave work, starting on the 27th,2023”, the management decision says.
