University professor Blerim Latifi has spoken at T7 about EULEX raids by orders of the Special Court in former president Hashim Thaci's collaborators' settlements, which are now being charged by the Special Court for three years.

According to him, one could be charged for “access to justice”.
Latif has also described these raids as surprising.
