The Kosovo Commercial Court has reacted through a communique for the media following numerous reactions that have been prompted by the decision to suspend work on A Street.
From this, the Court says that “media rhetoric” and the “declarations of politicians” can affect public opinion and belief in judicial institutions, so according to the Court, it is important to build a culture of respect for judicial decisions and not their prejudice.
The Comercial Court's response says that the parties have a right to complaint in the highest judicial instance, so the case must be prejudged without getting a final epilogue.
Kosovo's “Contemporary Court expresses its concern over the statements of state officials, regarding the decision to set the security measure, respectively the postponement of the execution of OshP's decision in the “road A”, which is in procedure near the first Chamber of Commercial Court”, is said in response.
