The attack on Banjska, Ambassador Wisner with appeals: Serbia hands over those responsible!

Former US special representative for Kosovo-Serbia talks Frank Wisner has said Serbia must hand over those responsible for the attacks in northern Kosovo.

As he told Euronews, all criminals involved, except for the attacks, must be brought to justice.

Serbia must take action immediately to give the West its hand and to be brought to Serbian justice, or to submit Kosovo justice to criminals who participated in the” attack.

This is the first step. There's no way to move forward except for the” discussions.

So, I hope that the parties will return to the negotiating table and it is the responsibility of both sides to do something like that”.
