Montenegro's incumbent Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic has arrived at the Berlin Summit in Tirana, where he is hosted by Edi Rama.
He has said Prime Minister Rama has brought all of Europe to Tirana.
“Prime Minister Rama has brought all of Europe to Tirana as well as the Western Balkans, this is a very good sign, I hope everyone's future is in the European Union”, he has indicated.
