The Gaza Health Ministry said the Israeli air strike at the Baptist Al-Ahli Arab hospital in the centre of the city of Gaza has resulted in at least 500 casualties.
The ministry led by Hamas said at least 500 people were killed in an explosion that, according to her, was caused by an Israeli air strike.
