Rohde said it is fully with the call of Americans for Kosovo to form the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
His reaction came after US State Department adviser Derek Chollet, as well as the special American emissary for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, have published a joint opinion today of where a call is made to form association immediately.
German Ambassador Rohde said he agrees with what American officials have written, as well as estimates that Kosovo has been delayed in forming association.
“On 27 June, 2013, Kosovo pledged to form the Association of Serb majority municipalities. He has been delayed and will forward normalisation talks”, he wrote.
