Vuciq has cited serious penalisations for Serbia, including blocking integration processes in the European Union if he does not accept the plan in question.
Analysts at RTV Dukaagjini have considered this accession by Vuciqi as a new development in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Analyst Ylli Hoxha has said that after Vuciqi's eventual admission to the Franco-German plan, Kurti will find it difficult to refuse forming the Serbian Communist Association.
It will be very difficult for Kurt to reject Association. To overcome this situation, there must be dialogue with the political spectrum in Kosovo or go to new parliamentary elections”.
Serbia would accept any agreement that would not formally force it to recognise Kosovo, analyst Astrit Gashi thinks.
The ball has already been fired at Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Kurt is already in a troubled situation. If he fails to convince the mediators of his actions, he will be considered the destroyer of peace. Serbia with this move has changed game”, added Astrit Gashi.
Former Prime Minister Dardan Gashi says Vucinqi is also preparing the transfer for accepting the Franco-German plan.
“This that Vuciq did is an interesting move on the part of Serbia that put Kurti in a difficult situation”.
But he says that this plan can no longer prevent recognition of Kosovo.
If Serbia signs a document regarding this plan, there will be no reason why the five EU nations do not recognise Kosovo. We can read it as we wish, but in this agreement there is recognition”, Dardan Gashi added.
Hard days are coming for Kosovo, following the latest movement from Serbia, Dibran Hoxha thinks.
If we form association and don't get direct recognition from Serbia, then what we won. What guarantee we have that if we accept the formation of association, there will be final agreements. Perhaps we have access to the door and the State completely defunct and we have nothing”, Dibran Hoxha added.
On the other hand, analyst Ismail Tasholli says that both in Kosovo and Serbia have already accepted the Franco-German plan.
The two leaders have already accepted the Franco-German plan in principle. But even this plan has many unknowns. At first it was said to be a European plan. As long as it's said it's also an American plan... the planet with the Association is on a one-way street. He's going out injured, accepted or refused. If you sign it, you'll be asked to be responsible. If they don't sign any more political problems there will be”, Tashlo said away.
