Montenegro's outgoing Prime Minister, Dritan Abazovic, has declared that he supports the “Open Balkans initiative, adding that the region needs this initiative, the Anadolu Agency reports.
In a statement to the media following the title ceremony “Doctor Honris Causa” in Tirana, he spoke about political developments in Montenegro, the “Open Balkans initiative”, sanctions against Russia, Russian influence and other issues.
