The BBC wrote that among the topics of discussion will be Russia's intention to annex the occupied territories, which according to Russian authorities, will be annexed on September 30th.
Russia launched referenda in Kherson, Zaporizija, Luhansk and Donetsk on September 23rd to annex the majority Russian regions in Ukraine. Western states voiced opposition to referenda, claiming they would not officially recognise the results.
