We will not retreat. We're not even gonna retire with KM plates. The KM plates, as well as Serbia's ID cards in Kosovo, are evidence to us that the state of Serbia is still present in Kosovo. For us, it is very valuable to say that Kosovo is part of Serbia. That's the essence” he said.
Kosovo and Serbia have agreed that the circulation between the two countries will be made with IDs, but there has been no agreement on license plates.
