According to Great Britain, Putin will officially announce occupied regions in Ukraine as Russian territories, Luhansk, Donnetsk, Zaporizija and Kherson, through referenda that began on September 23rd.
The referenda will end on Tuesday (September 27th), until intelligence stressed that any vote for the referendum would be used by Russia to justify what it calls special military operation in Ukraine.
Any membership will be considered patriotic support for the conflict. This aspirin can be undermined by increased internal awareness of Russia's recent obstacles to the battlefield”, the announcement said.
After declaring partial Russian mobilization, thousands of Russians left Russia, arguing they did not want to be recruited to war against Ukraine.
