He said that floods occur only through the violent change of the human-made ecosystem.
Perhaps it has become banal, for the fact that I write several times that the state of the environment in Kosovo is alarming. Rounding floods occur only because of the violent change in the human ecosystem alone. The ruthless cutting down of forests, the destruction of river beds (the illegal gravel explorers), the filling of streams and waste channels, the filling of pottery and water lines, is just some of the causes of violent flooding”, Pacolli wrote.
He also said it is not fair to abuse the environment, Klankosova quoted.tv.
“I am convinced that the productivity and good will of the municipal and central authorities would prevent the measurable degradation of the environment. We have no right to abuse the environment. Environment is a gift from God in which we can live, to use its goods, but not to destroy it. We need to preserve the environment and at least leave it in the situation we've found out if we can't improve it. Save the environment please”, Pacolli wrote away.
