Nagavci's problem with the SBASK fund: To compensate teachers for them

Education Minister Arberie Nagavci has said even in the most developed democratic countries trade unions do not act as in Kosovo. She says that in every country in the world, it is envisioned that strikers are not paid with state funds.
“The SBASK for this reason has its own fund worth 800 thousand or 1m euros a year, which they receive from membership. That's why there are reasons for the union strike that supports their workers with para”.
Nagavci says the SBASK has been balanced in their demands for 100 euros and does not want discussions.
This proved after the meeting Mr. Jasharaj had with the President. He immediately after the meeting said the strike continues”, she said at RTV Dukagujini.
Nagavci says the opposition does not speak of the quality in education as being responsible themselves.
“would be able to talk about quality in education but cannot speak of responsibility, could speak of numerous problems, but are personally responsible”, she said.
However, according to Nagavci, all that needs to be done jointly is to ensure that the issues should be resolved permanently in a way that is content and on merit basis “not with such pressures using a situation of the moment”.
