In the first case, State Prosecutor has detained suspects F. S, under suspicion that the same has violated a minor in the municipality of Kline. The Basic Prosecutor in Pec, the Department of Mitur, has applied today to defendants (F.SH) for the appointment of the detention measure at the Peja Foundation Court for criminal work “Dunimi” by Article 227, of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, said in the statement.
Further in the report, it is said that in the second case at the order of the State Prosecutor has been detained, suspect M.Z., under suspicion that the same has violated a minor from the municipality of Istog during the past month.
Also, during today's State Prosecutor for the defendant M.Z. will apply for the appointment of the detention measure at the Basic Court of Pec”, the statement said.
Regarding these criminal cases, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, in co-ordination with all relevant institutions, has stressed that he will take all necessary investigative actions to illuminate all the circumstances of such criminal acts.
